The brief we gave was to get change of use on the site and planning for as many units as possible. It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. We were taken through the planning procedures and felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. I am delighted with the final plans and the achievements made by Ackroyd and Assocs. Very pleased with Bob's work - he came to our flat to fix an anchor to our wall, which required drilling and fitting the anchor. Bob was very communicative throughout the process, and was able to come out and complete the job very quickly once we had got in touch with him. I was particularly impressed with how quickly Bob understood what needed to be done when I explained the job to him, as although it was a small job, it needed someone who could do it properly, and Bob clearly has good experience of handyman/building type work. Bob's price was very reasonable indeed, and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Would definitely use him again.
