The drawing was slightly adjusted three times but still came nowhere near what we wanted - or within our budget! We handed her plans of the exact house design we wanted, which we downloaded from the internet, for her to copy but she still carried with her original design. Unfortunately, as she insisted we sign an agreement before she produced even a sketch drawing we were duty bound to pay her.
