Based on architect recommendation, we contracted Alain on a private basis to produce structural engineering designs for our home renovation. He undertook a site visit and then produced structural designs to support a large number of elements related to new support beams, lintels etc. These have been iterated with the architect and the process has been very smooth. He was very responsive and nice to interact with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a structural engineer for the type of project we undertook (loft conversion, new pitched roof, new openings within walls and ground floor open plan conversion)

We needed a totally new bathroom and Pk did an Absolutely amazing job. From start to finish all in 2 weeks and for a really good price. Great advice on what we thought was good but their advice was better and more practical. Great to have builders with more than experience but an eye for detail aswell. Will definitely recommend them to others and will also use them again. Many thanks guys

I am an Architect with 7 years of Architectural experience and 3 Years post qualification experience. I have done internal layout modifications with a Structural Engineer on hand. All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model. However we do offer a more precise and detailed survey which is beneficial if there are future works or planning or even to calculate energy efficiency. I have worked on new build for garage infills, where clients wants to sell off the plot of land with planning. Interior design with Materiality. My works consists of Moet&Chandon, Fenwick and SKP shopping mall. I am still a working profession who enjoys interior design and BIM. I can create 3D visuals, walk through and plans. Very pleased with Bob's work - he came to our flat to fix an anchor to our wall, which required drilling and fitting the anchor. Bob was very communicative throughout the process, and was able to come out and complete the job very quickly once we had got in touch with him. I was particularly impressed with how quickly Bob understood what needed to be done when I explained the job to him, as although it was a small job, it needed someone who could do it properly, and Bob clearly has good experience of handyman/building type work. Bob's price was very reasonable indeed, and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Would definitely use him again.

The project Martyna completed was for the renovation of a 1930s bay fronted house in South East London. *Martyna was very approachable and considered my project very carefully. The site was respectfully planned out and we discussed our options together, to fit details in and around a restricted budget. Martyna was forthcoming with ideas and proposals and suggested suitable builders and engineers for the planning and execution of the renovation. Martyna had the insight to suggest particular and beneficial upgrade work that went above and beyond my expectations. We maintained regular and professional communication in order to maintain our completion date. A very well finished project.

Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... Enclosure Architects do some beautiful, inspiring work, and Mark is a very nice guy.

I hired Mr Simon Javens of JavensDesign and found him to be very professional and able to turn around a difficult planning application accurately and quickly complete with fully CAD design specifications. He is willing to go the extra mile to liaise with third party agencies, be it the Council or previous structural surveyor(s) and architect(s). A very pleasant chap indeed. Full rebuild of a Victorian mews home, including full front elevation, building an extra floor and all associated planning. Chris from Sand Architects was professional from the start, and brought really innovative ideas to the table. He doesn’t come across as your stereotypical architect, but more like talking with a friend who shares your vision. He then goes away and creates designs that are true to what you want, whilst pushing the boat out in ways you gladly take on board. He prepared plans that went through planning successfully, even with the plans going to committee. He helped me create my vision, whilst offering suggestions to both ease construction and create a home for the rest of my life. Outsourcing the process to him was the best decision I made in this project as he kept on top of it, was great with comms, and kept pushing it through planning which took that headache away from me. Needless to say, I’d recommend their services to anyone. Especially if you’re looking for something slightly quirky, but keeping within planning regulations. I was hesitant to hire an architect for this project, but I am very glad I did, and I’m especially happy I hired him.
