I am an Architect with 7 years of Architectural experience and 3 Years post qualification experience. I have done internal layout modifications with a Structural Engineer on hand. All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model. I have been running my own design practice for the last 15 years and prior to that I worked for small and large architecture and interior design practices for 10+ years on commercial and residential projects. Running my own practice my work is a combination of residential - new build (we built our own house) and extensions - as well as commercial design work such as retail, hospitality and workplace.
