Rich and the team have done a fantastic job completing my kitchen and hallway renovation. His team guided me the whole process and were great communicators. No problem was too big or small to handle. There were some issues through the job (due to the initial poor design of the kitchen when it was first built) but the team were quick to resolve this professionally. The project was to build a spare bedroom with en suite toilet over an existing flat roof of the kitchen extension. Madalina is very conscientious hard working individual who pays careful attention to the client's requirements. He supplied us with invaluable knowledge by advising us on what would be the best plan of action to utilise the space for our proposed project. In the end the advice he provided was what we went with and we couldn't be any happier! He was available anytime we requested and was able to supply us with the support with quick and efficient turn around times. I could rely on him to attend to our needs any time we required. We suffered a set back due to thames water drainage problems and Ebenezer was on call to support us within hours of us hearing the news and was able to supply us with the relevant advice to resolve the issue we had.
