Rich and the team have done a fantastic job completing my kitchen and hallway renovation. His team guided me the whole process and were great communicators. No problem was too big or small to handle. There were some issues through the job (due to the initial poor design of the kitchen when it was first built) but the team were quick to resolve this professionally. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Lux Contracts. Next year, I will be booking them for the rest of the flat! Has been helpful since the first consultation. Came round to do a quick site survey and chat over ideas etc. Measured up promptly and received the first drawing draft within a week. Have had to make a few alterations to drawings and he has been happy to do so. Has answered the phone when called and always helped even with little questions i have had. Has walked me through some parts of the planning that i did not understand and explained in good lay mans terms. Overall happy doing business with him, and will keep his number and company for future ventures.
