I am a conscientious consultant with 10+ years experience in architecture, design, planning consultancy with a massive CV of approved applications ranging from householder extensions and loft conversions, through to multi-unit new build sites. I can produce the architectural requirements and planning consultancy side (statement drafting, application submissions) in-house meaning an economy of scale as outside 3rd parties aren't required. I can also undertake landscaping design & highway design for applications I have the management of. I have a catalogue of references to provide. I have experienced bouts of on-site work over a period of many years, from working for subcontractors through to management of sites on my own developments, mostly ones that I also achieved the planning permission for in the first instance. In summary, I represent a reliable multi discipline partner who can bring forward a wealth of design and planning experience, coupled with experience of development/build costings/technical constraints up to and including public S278 highway and sewer works.
