Hi, Rustem had been liaising with me, to complete and submit the drawings for our Outbuilding project/planning permission. He proposed some brilliant ideas, and helped submit the application. I have discovered Rustem to be very friendly, would strongly recommend him. Rustem made sure that all pre-requisites to submit the application were met. Rustem has also been very responsive, and always responded to sms / phone cals / e-mails. Rustem is very good at producing lovely CAD drawings which are as per the rules and regulations. In fact the old cracked rendering was completely removed and a new base rendering applied. The cracks could have been patched but the problem would have come back. So not the cheapest solution but the work was very professional and to a high standard.
