We specialise in residential design and construction projects. We have more than 10 years of experience in new builds, extensions and loft conversions both in design and construction. We have undertaken several design and build projects in the past. We understanding how difficult it is to find a builders who are familiar with current building regulations and other legal requirements. If you provide us an opportunity we make sure to cover all the legal aspects of your project. We can provide valuable advise from the start of the project on various technical issues. We can work with your design team if you have already have one and highlight the potential risks and tackle them before they affect the project. I offer architectural design and construction design drawings and services for private individuals as well as companies. I have two relevant degrees, one in architecture, one in construction and over twenty five years’ experience. Although not ARB registered and therefore under law I cannot call myself an Architect, my degrees have affiliation to RIBA and CIOB. I also have professional indemnity for my work. I offer a complete end to end service, including the initial design feasibility ideas, to gaining planning & statutory approvals and if required procuring the build and managing the build on site,. I work with private individuals as well as construction companies.
