Mark was great. He came round to our house to talk through our plans, and was fully open to our ideas. He gave us a fixed, staged price so we understood what each step would cost us (e.g. initial plans, planning persmission, tendering, etc). He visited the site multiple times to make sure the measurements and plans were accurate. He presented different ideas and was more than happy to make changes when we requested them. He completed all our planning permission applications and dealt with the council directly when there were delays / questions. He put us in touch with 4 really good local builders, all with positive reviews. One of which we chose to work with and now our house renovation is complete. Would really recommend him.

Mizanur most recent job for me was advising, preparing and submission of a rear single storey extension plan to Coventry City a Council for a buy to let property that I purchased in Sept 2015. The planning was submitted around end of November and was approved in 18th Jan 2015. Mizanur also advised, prepared and submitted a double storey side and single storey extension for my residence in 2012 which was also approved by the council. This was a complicated build which was successfully completed in Feb 2015. Mizanur is a true professional, very knowledgeable, quick of the mark, reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking planning permission small , medium or large extension. Andrew Newton, the owner of Aran Property Consultants, contacted me right away after I expressed an interest in using his services to draw up plans for a single storey extension. He visited the house the following week and since that time he has been extremely professional with getting the plans drawn quickly for the extension. He has also organised the building regulations aspect in an efficient manner and kept me informed of progress on a regular basis. In addition, and here's the good bit, his fees are very reasonable. He will be the first port of call if the need arises again.

We are very happy with the service we received from Lyndon. He took care of all the technical aspects, the paperwork and necessary requirements for the council which we would not have been able to do on our own. He made useful suggestions for the design of our build re windows and lighting which we then implemented. We used people that Lyndon recommended and all of those were helpful and reliable. We would 100% recommend Lyndon to others looking to start their own project and we wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

I would thoroughly recommend Mark Lewis for Architectural design work. Mark designed a studio extension for me and he paid great attention to my requirements, amending the drawings as required. He was readily at hand whenever there was a query, responding very quickly by email. I found Mark to be approachable, responsive and helpful. The work was completed in good time and at a competitive price.

We hired Tom to help us remodel and extend the ground floor of our house. We never felt that anything was too much trouble and Tom tweaked our plans many times as we explored options and scenarios until we were happy with the final layout. In fact, Tom helped us to see beyond our initial brief and in doing so we achieved so much more than we set out to do. Tom is very patient and creative. He has a lot of ideas and took the time to understand us as a family, how we used the house and how we might use the space in the future. Once we had appointed a contractor he stayed in touch, clarified any queries we had and offered guidance, where asked, on the final interiors and products that we used. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom again ourselves and have recommended him to friends already.

Gus and his team are outstanding workmen with top workmanship. I'm delighted with the planning, the work in progress and the parts that have already been completed. All contacts were fair and easy to understand. Work was broken up into bit size amounts so was affordable and easy to work my around, pertaining to work and family arrangements (Xmas period). All material used is off high quality, work areas were always left tidy and secure, works were always carried out safely, quickly and efficiently. I've already planned to do further works through Gus Desighns because a company who do exactly what they say they'll do, and more, is hard to find. It has been a pleasure thus far! This company is the living definition of professionalism.

I'm so happy with shelving that ozzy and his colleague made. Ozzy took the time to understand want I wanted (floating alcove shelving) provided a clear and comprehensive quote, and kept me updated on completion of the shelving in his workshop. On day of installation, the guys were lovely and friendly, they went the extra mile in dealing with floors and walls that aren't at all straight, and the finished result blew me away, it's transformed the space completely. Such a pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend and i would definitely use them again in the future.

I am not normally a person to leave reviews, however I thought this was owed to two men who have completely done what they said they would!! :-) I am a professional and work many hours which meant I needed someone reliable and efficient. This was delivered with exceptional quality and flawless communication from start to finish.The quality is second to none and many people in other trades have also commented on the plans which are fantastic!! Ian was also a key person when it came to negotiating with Town Planners and was successful in gaining planning permission which can be sometimes difficult. Simon was excellent in understanding my needs and requirements to gain access to my garden via a decking solution as a full time wheel chair user. Allowing me my own input as a Disability Consultant with my own knowledge of specifications and recommendations regarding Part M building regulations and BS8300. This meant we worked as a team and I felt that definitely helped to strengthen our case However it took 3 attempts and changes of plans and layout to get a positive outcome and full planning permission from our local planners. Simon was diligent and determined we would win through and his concise drawings and conscientious approach in assigning time both at home and on site to discuss and support my case and application meant all went well eventually. He is very knowledgeable regarding local and national planning anomalies and I would both use him again personally and recommend him to others.

Adrian Hill has been very helpful, listened carefully to gain an understanding of the style I wanted and came up with a beautiful design for a kitchen extension and a means of extending space in a small upstairs bedroom in my mid-terrace house. He helped to identify an excellent company for undertaking the work, checked and explained contracts and other documentation, has liaised with the construction company throughout, ensured specifications were met and prompted them to keep to schedule. Some of the work remains incomplete due to the COVID-19 lockdown but that is beyond everyone's control and I'm confident it will be completed in the coming weeks. The price charged by Adrian HIll Architects was reasonable (I spoke with three architects before selecting Adrian Hill Architects) and overall is a pleasure to work with Adrian. In my view he is a very good architect and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
