I am an Architect with 7 years of Architectural experience and 3 Years post qualification experience. I have done internal layout modifications with a Structural Engineer on hand. All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model. However we do offer a more precise and detailed survey which is beneficial if there are future works or planning or even to calculate energy efficiency.
