I am an experienced architectural designer and project manager with a strong background in residential development. After completing my Part 1 in Architecture 10 years ago, I gained extensive hands-on experience in both design and construction. I began my career at London Heritage Properties Ltd, where I was involved in every stage of development—from sourcing properties and designing schemes to submitting planning applications and managing projects. I designed and managed three major developments, including five residential units and two four-bedroom maisonettes with basement construction. Most construction was completed in-house, with only electrical and plumbing work subcontracted. I later joined an architectural practice, contributing to 80+ projects over two years, including extensions, conversions, and large-scale new builds. I prepared planning applications and detailed Building Control packages, including structural calculations and construction drawings. He later worked with german architect Ole Scheeren in Beijing and Berlin. There he had a lead role designing projects in Asia and Europe. Since 2014 he led his architecture office from Beijing. After eight years in China he moved to Europe and has worked in mid sized residential buildings with german architect Eike Becker.
