The job was about opening an kitchen in order to make a better use of the flat space. There were quite a couple of challenges as the initial layout was unusual. Mary came up with innovative and creative solution to meet my requirements. She came up with very detailed solutions, accurate project timeline and always provided me with good insights. She was also available for regular catch up, and was very proactive to solve challenges and get the work done in a smooth manner. Mary did an excellent job and I am very happy with the outcome, I strongly recommend Mary.

We enlisted the help of Kate from Loud Architects for a bathroom and bedroom renovation in our East London Grade II listed terraced house. We found Kate on MyBuilder.com where we were immediately drawn by her ability to quickly understand our requirements, flexibility to meet with us after work and at our home, and finally how she was able to translate our vision and multiple pinterest boards into achievable building plans. She is a top notch architect but also has fantastic design sense and creativity. Kate is incredibly organized, puts together comprehensive meeting presentations and notes, design updates, precedents, and 'to do lists' for our own research/sourcing needs. She's taken our initial idea of a en-suite and family bath conversion into a bathroom oasis that is beyond our initial imagination. From looking at our saved pinterest items, instagram posts, and houzz boards, she was able to put together a design incredibly in line with our tastes. Her attention to detail blows us away! We would absolutely recommend Kate and Loud Architects for any architectural and design needs. Once we've saved enough we will be using her for our next kitchen renovation project!

Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. Despite some initial positives, the project was ultimately marred by poor communication, unprofessional conduct & serious breaches of trust. We strongly advise against using Bluelime due to the stress, financial impact, & unresolved issues we faced. While kitchen & bathroom installations were OK & progressed quickly, Bluelime deviated from approved plans in a conservation area, causing compliance issues (estimated correction costs of £15–£20k). Heating & insulation were poorly installed, & second opinions confirmed our dissatisfaction. Communication broke down, with responses defensive and intimidating. Costs rose unexpectedly (e.g. door fitting from £1200 to £2640) & inflated quotes in later stages. The property wasn’t ready for move-in multiple times, disrupting our young family. Additional concerns included missing tools, ignored warranties, inconsistent workmanship & misleading claims about affiliations. We urge others to check Bluelime (Alton Campbell) on Companies House.

Maria maximised the potential to have a light, airy, modern feel and we are thrilled with the results. In addition, Maria helped us with ideas and inspiration for the renovations to our 1st floor; bathroom, children’s bedrooms and landing areas.
