Openeight is a London based architectural practice specialising in residential extensions, alterations and refurbishments. Openeight has recently joined MyBuilder, but has 15 years experience in delivering residential schemes of all scopes and sizes. We bring an enthusiastic approach to every project, finding bespoke solutions that meet our individual client's needs. Often tasked with creating new space within existing properties, we are experienced in delivering all types of extensions from new basements to rear garden extensions and loft conversions, interior alterations and refurbishments. At Openeight we are experienced working with listed buildings and within conservation areas. I am partner architect at SIMBIOSI ARCHITECTS in London, with an extensive experience in residential projects. A variety of projects include new build, conversions, extensions, refurbishment and restoration work.
