White Red Architects have completed a total modernisation and redesign of our kitchen dining area. They provided a scheme sympathetic to the style of our property and and have included many cutting edge design features. The result is a job well done, on time and within budget. White Red have great contacts within the trades which we evaluated and used. Having Jesus as our management contact made sense and definitely worked well for us. We shall be using White Red again. We will definitely be using White Red for our next project which is due.

You NEED Housi on your project, they took the stress out of our renovation!! We would highly recommend! We got in touch with Housi to help with ideas to renovate a new property I was buying. Holly from Housi helped us with architectural and industry advise throughout the process even before starting full design services which helped me understand my budget more and where items from the survey and my design ideas could overlap. As I was trying to limit costs, Housi helped develop a phased approach to the works as well as assessing options to have a self contained rental unit to bring in income to pay for the final works later. Overall, Holly helped us find minimal abortive works whilst trying to maximise value and functionality. As well as design strategy, she helped us submit a licence to alter application as we found out the house was under a covenant agreement, and managed the project through tender also - meeting with builders and getting quotes. Most importantly, she was able to advise us where builders may be overcharging so we could assess the right builders for us. Working with Housi really made a difference to our project by helping us understand the different stages of a renovation. Holly offered so much more advice and reassurance than any previous professionals we had worked with on our last house and even helped us source re-claimed steel as we wanted to be as circular as possible.

We enlisted the help of Kate from Loud Architects for a bathroom and bedroom renovation in our East London Grade II listed terraced house. We found Kate on MyBuilder.com where we were immediately drawn by her ability to quickly understand our requirements, flexibility to meet with us after work and at our home, and finally how she was able to translate our vision and multiple pinterest boards into achievable building plans. She is a top notch architect but also has fantastic design sense and creativity. Kate is incredibly organized, puts together comprehensive meeting presentations and notes, design updates, precedents, and 'to do lists' for our own research/sourcing needs. She's taken our initial idea of a en-suite and family bath conversion into a bathroom oasis that is beyond our initial imagination. From looking at our saved pinterest items, instagram posts, and houzz boards, she was able to put together a design incredibly in line with our tastes. Her attention to detail blows us away! We would absolutely recommend Kate and Loud Architects for any architectural and design needs. Once we've saved enough we will be using her for our next kitchen renovation project!

Lucia was, from the outset, professional and always approachable and receptive to ideas: she combined her architectural experience with knowledge of local planning laws and she always knew where to find an answer. If she didn't know something she was honest enough to admit it. Her concept and detailed drawings for our extension project were beautifully executed and practicable. Through Lucia's diligence and hard work we managed to get planning approved for our scheme. We then hired Lucia to supervise a major renovation project: repairs to a leaking roof and the complete re-design of the rear garden of our house. Lucia displayed the same energy and eye for detail that she had for designing the extension to our house. Since we were living abroad for the duration of the renovation works, we depended entirely on Lucia to source individual tradespeople and materials and to supervise the project and ensure the works were completed on time and on budget. She completely succeeded and worked tirelessly on our behalf. I would unhesitatingly recommend Lucia for an architectural project that included extension drawings and gaining planning permissions or for more routine works as described above. She has that rare combination of laser-like efficiency combined with a lovely personality and an instinctive knowledge of what her clients want. Haru designed our loft, managed the hiring of the contractor and then handled the project management of the build. He brought a fresh and impressive vision to the project which he backed up with extremely detailed plans and an attention to detail that was second to none. The finished loft is amazing, and we have no doubt that we could not have achieved such an impressive result without Haru. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

We are currently in the process of fully renovating our 4 bedroom house in Epsom. The project includes structural changes, plus a garage conversion and a loft conversion. Niamh from ID Studio 17 has been involved right from the start of the design phase through to the start of the build. During the design phase, Niamh provided a number sketches for each floor, showing what we could potentially do with the house. Her ideas were extremely creative - many of which would have never crossed our minds! After the design phase, when we had decided on what we wanted to do with each floor, Niahm not only started the technical drawings, but also handled all aspects of building control and the structural engineer. In addition, she helped us source items and materials for the project, which included several days spent visiting suppliers with us. Niamh has a very broad understanding of renovation/building work, from structural aspects to the soft furnishings, and she is also very driven. Her communication skills are great. I would certainly recommend ID Studio 17 for any renovation project!
