I am an experienced architectural designer and project manager with a strong background in residential development. After completing my Part 1 in Architecture 10 years ago, I gained extensive hands-on experience in both design and construction. I began my career at London Heritage Properties Ltd, where I was involved in every stage of development—from sourcing properties and designing schemes to submitting planning applications and managing projects. I designed and managed three major developments, including five residential units and two four-bedroom maisonettes with basement construction. Most construction was completed in-house, with only electrical and plumbing work subcontracted. I later joined an architectural practice, contributing to 80+ projects over two years, including extensions, conversions, and large-scale new builds. I prepared planning applications and detailed Building Control packages, including structural calculations and construction drawings. He later worked with german architect Ole Scheeren in Beijing and Berlin. There he had a lead role designing projects in Asia and Europe. Since 2014 he led his architecture office from Beijing.
