  Andrew was instructed to produce a set of plans of various designs for initially a two storey rear extension, then subsequently just single storey extension. Andrew produced the finalised plans for both on time and supported them through the two planning process stages, of which both were successfully approved. We found Andrew to be professional and very knowledgeable (particularly regarding our area and the local council planning procedures) and would recommend his services.
