Latest review:New Builds-Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.

Our aim has always been to became a company that people associate with quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Latest review:Ground floor back extension, reconfiguration and full redecoration. We chose Dali, firstly through recommendations by neighbours, seeing his work first hand and feeling confident during the consultation phases of his ability to deliver. Prior to the job commencing a schedule of works and costing were clearly agreed. We were impressed with Dali's level of communication and his availability to meet with us personally. He would always return a message promptly and that continued throughout the job. Dali expertly guided us through the project and also arranged architect and structural drawings, site surveys, council applications and 3rd party wall advice. We decided to live-in during the build which is never ideal but Dali cordoned off spaces for us to live whilst allowing him to get on with the job. He set up temporary kitchen and laundry facility some 3 or 4 times for us! Now for the business end. Dali supervised the project but also allocated a Manager, Michal to be our point person and he was on site every day without fail. Both would respond to any question promptly and courteously. I learnt to keep the questions short and be more patient as the job progressed as everything was always on their agenda to be done. Teams of builders would arrive punctually by 8am and work would always start promptly. Everyone on the team had clear instructions and their industry was on show from start to finish. I could not fault them at all for their reliability and professionalism. They were all courteous, polite and respectful and would also make a point to clear up after themselves at the end of each day. On occasions I did request a deviation it was fully discussed so we could make informed decisions but nothing, no matter how small, was made to seem trivial as they were intent on delivering an unquestionable product. The job progressed sometimes at lightning pace with crews of builders coordinated daily and we hardly had a single day where someone was not in attendance. Dali would continue with a regular update by email or phone so we were always aware of progress. When problems did occur, Dali and Michal would distress those situations, find solutions quickly and sometimes you are oblivious to there even being a problem. On the few occasions they made mistakes they were not argued about but swiftly rectified ... finding someone who was honest and proud of their workmanship has been a true find. The work progressed to schedule and the end result is something we are not only thrilled about but cannot fault at all. It is a level of workmanship we have been truly delighted with. Another thing I am confident of is that if something does happen in the future Dali will respond to my call whether it be now or in a year's time. There is so much positive to be said and I would highly recommend DPS Ltd for their professionalism, reliability and workmanship so much so I have already asked them to continue on the 1st floor.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Kiril and his team did an excellent job. Kiril puts you at ease and he knows how to communicate well answering any queries fast. His quote was very competitive. He went out of his way to assist me with sourcing items such as coving, cupboards, ceiling roses and skirtings. Highly recommended.
Mike has totally transformed our bathroom, Bath sink and toilet were removed ready for a shower unit new sink and toilet, did have a teething problem of the amount of pipes under the bath which we were not aware of that ran through the middle which meant all pipes had to be renewed and redone and a stuffed wall had to be put in to cover them which was not expected but Mike completed the job with excellent skills, tiles and paint were completed to an excellent standard so much so that because we are renovating one room at a time we all just want to sit in the bathroom. Only downside is that the old stuff is not removed by Mike and Maggie but I contacted the local scrap yard who were happy to take the bigger items off of my hands and my husband had to do a run to the tip with the rest. Will definitely use them again as our kitchen is our next venture. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike and Maggie and cannot fault the work.
