Latest review:Architecture-Scam, • We agreed fixed price 5 k for everything & later he refused to come to meetings asking for extra money which he never mention before hand • he promised to do the drawings (he said drawing will finish in 7 days and took a month) • he said in front of 5 witness he will deal with everything and get building control signed off and till now I do not have it • he got paid 50% and now did ccj asking for the other 50% and the job is not finished and no building control certificate

Latest review:New Builds-Sohail worked closely with me on this project. Providing detailed costings, work schedules and build timelines. Filling my knowledge gaps with his extensive experience he was able to assist over and beyond what I expected from him. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control this development project didn’t go ahead. However when the next opportunity for a new build comes up I will definitely be using Rose and Stone. I did have another job going at the time where the other builder badly let me down and left me with a big problem on my hands…. Sohail and his team stepped in and took on the project. The team finished the job exceptionally well, which was a full on top to bottom conversion, some internal reconfigurations and with the addition of a loft and new downstairs WC. The workmanship and overall quality of the job was excellent. My wife is over the moon with the results, taking the house from a three bed one bathroom to a four bed 3 bathroom house. We would definitely recommend Rose and Stone for this type of extensive refurbishment/loft conversion work and look forward to working with them in the future on bigger development projects.

Latest review:Architecture-We are currently in the process of fully renovating our 4 bedroom house in Epsom. The project includes structural changes, plus a garage conversion and a loft conversion. Niamh from ID Studio 17 has been involved right from the start of the design phase through to the start of the build. During the design phase, Niamh provided a number sketches for each floor, showing what we could potentially do with the house. Her ideas were extremely creative - many of which would have never crossed our minds! After the design phase, when we had decided on what we wanted to do with each floor, Niahm not only started the technical drawings, but also handled all aspects of building control and the structural engineer. In addition, she helped us source items and materials for the project, which included several days spent visiting suppliers with us. Niamh has a very broad understanding of renovation/building work, from structural aspects to the soft furnishings, and she is also very driven. Her communication skills are great. I would certainly recommend ID Studio 17 for any renovation project!
