We were able to repair the window which I was very pleased about as the damage seemed so little to need to replace the whole thing. The workmen came around promptly, were extremely pleasant and totally fixed the problem. I would not hesitate to use Macklin Glazing again or not recommend them. The price was a fair price.

An update on the progress of the order was required. In fact I approached another builder to do the job as I heard nothing. Once contacted that the VELUX was in, I was told the job would be done the following week. Again I received no communication. I had to phone up only to be told the job would be done that day!! Office staff, the joined and Kevin were excellent but VERY POOR communication.
