Everything was explained to me as they progressed with the job, They took plenty of photographs at each stage.They removed all the debris.The price was competitive too. I would recommend them. Overall a professional job was done and I was very pleased with the work.

All types of rot treated and removed including dry rot wet rot and woodworm issues. Trench drains as required to allow proper water escape. Ventilation in roof space to create proper airflow which combats moisture build up leading to mould. All mould treatments and help to prevent mould from returning in future.

I can 100% recommend Muir Fabrication. Andrew responded promptly to any queries and provided sketches and photographs prior to the works going ahead to make sure we were happy with everything. The end result is exactly what we were looking for and looks great. Costs were very reasonable for the work involved.

Latest review:Carpets & Lino-Manners cost nothing and this was a very disappointing experience. Not only was he an more than hour an a half late with no phone call or explanation, there was little respect and certainly no manners. He has left stones under vinyl that I can feel and will damage over time, said he would be able to put "most" of cupboard kickboard back on but has left all but one off and now I need to hire a joiner. When I asked if he takes the rubbish away, I may as well have asked him to commit armed robbery. The answer was no. Didn't even pick up any offcuts from floor, just left them strewn everywhere. STILL waiting on a receipt which he was 'unable' to provide when I paid him. Not convinced I will get it. Wish I hadn't hired him, very unhappy and would NEVER recommend or use again, the opposite in fact. Awful service, and upon reflection I could've done as good a job myself and that's not saying much.
