I needed some tiling doing in my bathroom and got in touch with Akbar Mahmoudi on 17.05.2020. I later arranged with him to view the work on 24.05.2020 and he gave me an estimate to which I accepted. I chose the tiles to which he wanted an advance of money to get the materials. He provided me with proof of name and address and gave him the advance. He started on 1.06.2020. Akbar had to move the toilet and washbasin to which then he noticed a crack in the toilet to which I asked him to replace the toilet and basin. I chose the toilet and basin and with a little more money I agreed to his revised estimate. Akbar finished the work on 4.06.2020 and the bathroom looks much better with a new toilet and basin. He told me that if there is any problems he would come and fix free of charge. Thanks Akbar 👍

Latest review:Tiling-Silvan has responsive and liaised with the tenants to attend the property to survey the work required. He was able to start promptly and the finished the two bathrooms in less than a week (they each needed the existed grout removed and redone). He kept me informed throughout the job and sent pictures when he was completed, as I wasn’t able to be there in person, and the tenants are happy. I’ve got Silvan coming back to do a few other bits and pieces. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Silvan.
