The issue was that it was not a straight re-tarmacing job, there was a underground raintwater tank that had manhole cover had sinked due to weight of car parked and, also the existing damaged worn tarmac had to be cut accurately too. Well pleased with the work that Mark's team done to the service area and will be my go to man for any works needing at the commercial/residential properties. Latest review:Handyman-Vall worked hard over two days. His carpentry skills are very good and I am very happy with shelves he built exactly how I wanted them. He also got to grips with the rotten shed on my roof even though we had not expected it to be in such a bad state along with some other jobs including replacing a tap, painting the shed, putting together some furniture and putting up a bike rack. Would happily recommend him for carrying out jobs about the house. He is polite and efficient.

The work included stripping out the entire old kitchen, stripping of old wallpaper, replastering walls, installing new ikea kitchen and appliances, new tiles and new laminate flooring, all electrics and all plumbing. Afrim is a very honest and down to earth man, he and his team did a great job and kept to the original budget and fully informed me of any extra unforeseen charges, which were all reasonable. We changed our mind about a part of the kitchen after it was already built, he was happy to help us alter it without any fuss. The work area was cleaned at the end of every day. We are very happy with our new kitchen and are even considering to invite Afrim to do more work with us!

I hired Charlie for garden clearance and landscaping which included laying artificial grass and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the work carried out. Charlie’s communication was excellent from the start. The price quoted was very competitive and the work was completed within the time frame initially quoted.
