A couple of days later he repaired the door lock in one of the external kitchen doors.He replaced the damaged door and it's lock to my home office, fixed the locks on the external gates . I arranged for him to sand and revarnish the floor in the hallway.. result was a beautiful job.. I have arranged for him to repaint the hallway and stairs and repair an external drain. This chap has an excellent skill base and I would recommend him to anyone. He is highly capable and has a forensic work ethic..

Rio was really helpful with his advice and most importantly reliable, arranged a time to come and do the work and arrived when he said (which made a really nice change from plumbers we've tried to find previously) Of course now the weather is on the turn for the better we haven't needed the heating on but we did a test and so far so good. Thank you, we'll definitely be in touch again if we needed anything else doing.
