Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-I hired Zaza and his team to do a whole house renovation for me—upstairs and downstairs. Refurbishment of rooms, bathroom, garden, kitchen, fence, laying of new wood floor, painting, plastering, re-plumbing, etc. Zaza and his team are always on time, work tirelessly, and are very polite. I praise Zaza and his team for a job well done. I am very pleased with the work they did for me and i will definitely re-hire N & SH for future building works.
Gary has been a pleasure to work with right from the outset. He took on my job when another contractor let me down without warning, which ironically worked out fantastically in my favour given Gary's exemplary attitude, solid work ethic and attention to detail. Gary is reliable, a keen listener and willing to suggest ideas at the right moment. The biggest advantage for me was not needing to sort out the various different trades given my own hectic schedule - Gary project manages that all and took care to ensure the process was as easy as possible for me. I'm glad i went with my gut on this one and would definitely use him again.

The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.

Geraldo and his team were PERFECT! GLB provided us with a kitchen renovation and flooring laid/new doors throughout the ground floor. Price was competitive They worked quickly and tidily They showed up on time, every day and put in a full shift They finished very quickly The work was to a very high standard Very few snags, all of which they finished after we agreed the final snag list We are very happy in our new kitchen, and will hopefully be employing Geraldo and his team to carry out more work on the house for us when we need it.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Diana & Petru are really nice person, but the job had mainly done by two others workers. I have now a new bathroom and entrance wardrobe, but I have to say that the quality of finishing is not good, even after they came back following up with my concerns. Between not protecting the wood floor of my flat during the dismantlement of the bathroom, forgetting to put sealant on the shower screen and miscalculating the size of the wardrobe door and have an awkward wood frame fix, the overall experience had been a bit difficult. Although I have to admit, they had been super reactive when I had a leak during the week end. So I would say a very mix feeling review.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Viktor and his team are outstanding builders, they recently completed a full refurbishment of our bathroom, installing new doors and plastering in our home in Greenwich and we cannot be any happier with the result. They are always on time, very polite and with a great attention to detail in everything they do. They are very flexible to adapt to your requests and always a find a way to resolve any challenge they find on the way. Viktor is extremely knowledgeable and is able to deliver with great quality in every area. Through the refurbishment they always kept us up to date with the progress. We were let down by a plasterer for a different job and Viktor and his team were able to take over and resolve this quickly with an outstanding quality of work. We are currently waiting for the quote for the rear house extension and we really look forward to continue working with them with all the other refurbishment tasks we plan to do in our house.
