Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Came out to view the job and went through a complete checklist of requirements. Made useful suggestions including improvements to planned layout of bathroom. Once work was started, Cristian was there every day to make sure the job was completed in the timescale given. He works incredibly hard and is very skilled, whether he's working on electrics, plumbing, plastering or tiling. Also never complained about carrying all materials up two flights of stairs! Very happy with the finished job.

He turned up on schedule, replaced the flat roof as agreed, left the flat and the whole area extremely clean. the job looks perfect - very nicely finished and obviously it doesn't leak anymore = fantastic. delighted.

The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Eddie is a great builder who was able to fix a how in my ceiling caused by a leak. He was helpful and was deducing source of the leak to ensure his works would not be needing to be repeated. His rate was very good and he kept in good communication with me to let me know of the ongoing works. Eddie provided everything and worked around my schedule which was very appreciated. He also was able to carry out extra works I requested which really helped me out. I would strongly recommend Eddie for other works based on his output, rate and professionalism. I will be using Eddie again if I ever need him

Geraldo and his team were PERFECT! GLB provided us with a kitchen renovation and flooring laid/new doors throughout the ground floor. Price was competitive They worked quickly and tidily They showed up on time, every day and put in a full shift They finished very quickly The work was to a very high standard Very few snags, all of which they finished after we agreed the final snag list We are very happy in our new kitchen, and will hopefully be employing Geraldo and his team to carry out more work on the house for us when we need it.
