Latest review:Loft Conversion-When we invited Rae into our home to view the possibility of what we might be able to achieve, we were extremely impressed by the extra scope and insight he gave us. It went far beyond what we envisaged and he was able to create a lot more living space for us. When you undertake a project this big you never really know how it will appear as a final result, Rae was able to deliver a brilliantly finished loft conversion and keep our peace of mind throughout the whole project. When we look at it now we really can't believe what we have gained! Much more than we expected and I think this was the most impressive thing about choosing Rae and his talented team, it was that they were able to go the extra mile to get everything out of the area being worked with! Its that personal touch that made us ask Rae back a few months later to knock through the downstairs bathroom and put in a new suite. Again the same team did an excellent job and no task was too much for them to deal with. Rae and his team of confident builders were easy to work with from day one and were early on site and worked hard through out the day to complete the loft conversion and porch in 8 weeks, Which in our opinion was a very impressive turn around! They were clean and tidy every day and respectful of our neighbours. If we had to choose to do it all over again I would choose Rae. Thank you Rae and your team for improving our lifestyle beyond what we could have imagined :-)

Nothing was ever too much trouble and his skill-base in what he does is very impressive. The work he carried out for us in the end ranged from a loft conversion with en-suite to the removal of two walls on ground and first floor and even re-laying solid oak flooring throughout our ground floor for us too. Not only did he do the work above but he helped us achieve our dream space by being so amenable to our requests to make adjustments as we went along, even creating a bespoke crafted skirting board so that we could have our picture window at the height we wanted. In addition he designed and created beautiful fitted wardrobes into our eaves space and wooden windowsills through-out using wood we had sourced and wanted to use. Throughout the work he was always professional, considerate and communicated continually with us around what we were wanting. He stayed with us the entire time, focused on getting our job completed rather than jumping onto other jobs and he worked so hard every day, always available throughout the work taking place if we needed to check anything. What we appreciated the most from Frazer was how regularly he communicated with us about what was coming up so that we could make the decisions we wanted to make along the way, without feeling as though changes were being made outside of our preferences. The work being done was made to feel very easy from our side where Frazer is so experienced and self-directed, arriving promptly every morning and working hard all day whilst always being open to talking anything through whenever we wanted which was so reassuring for us. Frazer is professional and warm as an individual and we were really grateful for how he communicated and liaised so politely and considerately with our neighbours throughout the work. He is always happy to be guided by his customer which we found a huge benefit as we often had our own ideas of what we wanted but when we encountered problems we found him to be very creative and he often found solutions to problems that we hadn’t thought of. He suggested using the dead space we had in our en-suite to create a tiled recessed space for our toiletries and also suggested adapting another dead space in the bedroom by making a hidden shelving space which has been invaluable to us as we work from home. Frazer’s work ethic is instantly evident and by working as hard as he did every day it meant that he finished the job ahead of schedule which we were so grateful for. We are utterly delighted with the work he has done for us and we have requested him back since to do some additional smaller jobs. As someone who is extremely reliable and skilled, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing work done.

All aspects of 1st fix, 2nd fix, kitchens, bespoke cupboards and minor building work I can achieve solely. Larger jobs are not a problem as long as I'm given enough time to round up the troops.
