Latest review:Loft Conversion-When we invited Rae into our home to view the possibility of what we might be able to achieve, we were extremely impressed by the extra scope and insight he gave us. It went far beyond what we envisaged and he was able to create a lot more living space for us. When you undertake a project this big you never really know how it will appear as a final result, Rae was able to deliver a brilliantly finished loft conversion and keep our peace of mind throughout the whole project. When we look at it now we really can't believe what we have gained! Much more than we expected and I think this was the most impressive thing about choosing Rae and his talented team, it was that they were able to go the extra mile to get everything out of the area being worked with! Its that personal touch that made us ask Rae back a few months later to knock through the downstairs bathroom and put in a new suite. Again the same team did an excellent job and no task was too much for them to deal with. Rae and his team of confident builders were easy to work with from day one and were early on site and worked hard through out the day to complete the loft conversion and porch in 8 weeks, Which in our opinion was a very impressive turn around! They were clean and tidy every day and respectful of our neighbours. If we had to choose to do it all over again I would choose Rae. Thank you Rae and your team for improving our lifestyle beyond what we could have imagined :-)

Latest review:Conversions - General-Excellent from start to finish. Ollie was the first to contact us about our job, he came to quote within the week. The quote was less than the others we got. Ollie was able to start pretty quickly, worked hard, cleaned up between each day. He was polite and friendly (And those he worked with) We had part of the garage converted into a room so coordinated various trades. He was very clear, thorough, good at communicating and finding out exactly what we wanted. He refused payment until the bitter end and made sure we were happy. We would definitely recommend.

Latest review:Joinery & Cabinet Making-James was absolutely brilliant. He did a brilliant job of creating some lovely fitted wardrobes in our very wobbly old house. James was super courteous to us, worked to schedule and adapted the design based on our requests. He was also really nice to the dog! We had a slight issue with the doors closing, to which he swiftly popped back to fix them and put it right no charge. I was super impressed with James' professionalism, dedication and quality of work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in future.

Jack and his colleague were so professional,they arrived on time and installed a new kitchen extractor hood and kitchen ceiling light.They disposed the old extractor hood and vacuumed afterwards. We are really pleased with the work and will definitely recommend Jack to my family and friends!

Latest review:The team at Palm replaced all of our timber weatherboarding with Cedral cladding (I found them via the Cedral website). Joey was amazing to deal with right from the start. He turned a quote around fast, it was clear and competitive. His team arrived when they said they would, they worked incredibly hard and to a very high standard. They were really easy and pleasant to have around the house too. Joey managed the whole process impeccably, right through to Building Regs completion, snagging and providing a guarantee. I didn't think it was possible to enjoy having building work done, but Joey and team proved me wrong!
Kevin and George gave me a quotation within my affordable budget. Started work on day as promised. Both worked efficiently and tidy. They're trusted and friendly builders who go extra mile, very respectful. I highly recommend them and I would hire them again for any future job I need.
