Simon and his team were great. It was a big project, re wiring and re plumbing the whole house, removing internal walls to create large kitchen living space, adding 2 bathrooms, a utility and 2 storey extension, plus paving around the house. We over ran slightly but Simon did a great job, being a real perfectionist with the work, and has delivered us a great, modernised house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Drages Property Solutions for any job big or small, and would say his bathrooms are a particularly strength.

I can fit doors,windows (velux/upvc), can do all aspects of 2nd fix ( doors/skirting/arkitrave/ spindles/ handrail, window boards etc). I can also cut on roofs and do roofing ( felting, battening, tiling). Also can do 1st fix (structural floors, stud walls and linings, flooring , insulation, plasterboarding etc. also can lay slabs/blocks and fit steels if needed. A rare find! What luck finding Rob on this website to remove our wall and make good. My husband was drawn to him because he was the only builder who took his time to measure up and check everything before his quote. He is an absolute perfectionist and his attention to detail is fantastic. He was great at project managing and was able to take me step by step what he needed to do to get the work done, each day I knew what was happening. Day 1. Steel prep work and measuring up. Day 2. Props went in and wall removal began. Day 3. Wall is gone and electrical work sorted. Day 4. “Packing in” is done. Day 5. Wall is filled in ready for plaster board. He also removes an old porch door frame and makes good. So neat no plastering needed. Day 6. Plaster boards are in and walls ready for plastering, props come down and packing finished. Day 7. Floor is levelled to living room. Day 8/9. Plastering is done including my kitchen ceilings. Day 10 skirting is added and flooring laid. Great builder, great service, very lovely assistant builder ;) will be calling him back to do some other work.

Ollie constructed a fence as a the curve of my back wall made a panel fence unsuitable. Ollie also made adjustments to my wooden front door and three interior doors. Ollie demonstrated his versatility by pointed a damaged wall and fixing a loose bath panel. I'm very satisfied with the time taken and the quality of workmanship.
