Very professional and without exception the sort of people it's a genuine pleasure to have around. In the end I just gave them the keys to the house - that's how much I trusted them. Work ethic - second to none. Always went the extra mile if there was any (inevitable) change of plan or snag. Consistently worked their days and hours, more than happy to come along and be flexible. For example, they knew my friends wanted to have a football world cup day for the England match so they went out of their way to clean up things. Quality of work was top class. Very happy. I could not recommend them more highly.

Latest review:Conversions - General-Removal of load bearing wall and large chimney Brest I called four builders in for advice on structural works Pat was the one who gave me complete confidence and trust He suggested a design of a box frame with a tie beam supporting the chimney breast after removal and how to achieve a different level to support the stair case ie cranked beam He also passed me on his structural engineers contact so that I could deal direct with him the engineer agreed with pats suggestion and design on the steel work We received full calcs and pat completed the works to a very high standard Being reliable transparent and upfront all the way A pleasure to work with and I have recommended him to family Certainly knows his steel work Thank you Pat

What started as a simple cosmetic job quickly turned out be to much more complex and time consuming (floors and ceilings replaced, walls being taken back to brick, boiler replaced etc) Andrian was with us at every step of the way, patiently problem solving and making use of years of experience. He is multi-skilled and completes work to an extremely high standard. We relied on him heavily for advice and for sourcing materials at a reasonable price. Job went very well from beginning to end. Daron came round and viewed the job, then sent me a quotation promptly. Agreed on the price and signed contract with an agreed start date. The guys started on time and finished the job earlier than the agreed programme. They protected the finished surfaces and tidied up after themselves and had some good solutions to problems they faced and because of the methodolgy they managed to save me some time in redecoration works after they had finished. All in all, I was pleased with the work completed and would reccomend.
