Quality tradesmen, went above & beyond to improve what I had envisaged. Happy to discuss what they were doing & why. Recommended.

Brett did such an amazing job. He started the work on the date we agreed and he completed it within the time frame that he initially quoted. The work was completed to a high standard and the results are better than I was expecting. His initial quote was also spot on. I will definitely be using him for any future work. Highly recommended.

We hired Adrian to complete a garage conversion as we wanted to convert this space into an office. Considering it was quite a big job we were pleasantly surprised at how well the whole process went and overall we are very happy with the work that was carried out by Adrian and his team. I was taken back a bit when Adrian stated that he would be starting work each day at 7.30am and thought that the likelihood would be that they would show up later in the morning, but true to his word his team showed up on time and grafted all day. When I say grafted, I mean proper grafted! I hardly saw them take a break and I was surprised at the speed in which they were able to complete the jobs and on inspection I could see that everything was done to a very high standard. The tradesmen that he brought with him were all very competent and experienced within their trade and together the job was completed in just 2 days. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian and would happily hire him again. His pricing was very competitive, he worked very hard and has a great attention to detail.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Alan Evans and his team have done on our property in Cornwall. No job was too big or small and we ended up asking them to do a lot more work for us because of the high quality of their work. They did all our exterior and exterior paintwork plus electrical fittings, new decking, work on the roof, kitchen and bathrooms, even putting up furniture which meant that we didn't have to hire additional tradesmen. Alan is a very honest person and we were not overcharged for the work. Having seen the finished job, our neighbours have now also contracted them to work on their property. I definitely recommend them.

Tom and his team recently completed the construction of our amazing new bathroom. The project was especially complicated in that the bathroom was moved to a new location, which required the removal of a very thick stone wall. With the addition of a raised floor to contain the necessary plumbing, our brand new bathroom gradually took shape. The finished results are nothing short of astonishing and people who saw our apartment before the conversion can't believe the transformation. The tiling and other finishes are excellent, giving us the modern, contemporary bathroom we desired. Tom was adaptable when it came to problem solving and he and his team were always very cheerful, which made it easy to have them in our home for the several weeks required to build the new bathroom. My wife and I would definitely recommend Lockwood Construction for major household conversion projects.

From start to finish i could not fault Liam at all. He quoted quickly and everything went super smoothly from then on. We decided to go away for the week while the work was done, met him on the morning he was due to start and handed over the keys and left him to it. From that point on he literally worked every day including Saturday and Sunday to get the job done, this included early starts and late finishes. He organised for a plasterer and electrician to come in as the job was a complete renovation. He was in contact when needed to discuss ideas or changes that he thought would benefit the end result.All work has been completed to a exceptionally high standard and most importantly he treated our home with respect and it was handed back to us in a clean and tidy condition as when we left it. We are over the moon with the finished result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam to anyone who wants any work doing in there home.

He provided a quote in a timely manner which included everything involved (No hidden surprises) He turned up on time and completed the job as he had stated.
