Communication from the start was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, Will listened to our requirements and helped us make decisions along the way. The whole team are just great, polite , respectful of the our home, our neighbours, easy to talk to and just overall nice people. The work it’s self is brilliant, the finished result is that of high standard, looks fantastic and is a great addition to our home. Finding a builder or any tradesperson is always hard and can sometimes be daunting , however not with Blackwell NE we can’t recommend them enough and have nothing but high praise for them! Will has ability to make you feel at ease and reassure you , he’s everything you want in a trades person!! I would say hes become more of a friend than just than “builder Will”. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They went above & beyond to ensure everything was as I wanted. Excellent communication throughout & completed very timely - also the most cost effective of the three quotes I got! They left everything immaculate, even jet washing my drive afterwards. The decorator I have in now has even commented on the standard of the workmanship. Thank you to all involved.

Work was carried out efficiently, tidied up well and very polite, we are so pleased with the work he has done and plan to hire him again for plastering work.
Carl did an excellent job. He carried out the work to a high standard and left everything tidy. The price was very reasonable and I will be booking him again for the next plastering job I need to have done.
Lads did a great job tiling my kitchen splash back turned out better than planned and looks great. Have no problem using them again for other work. Thanks

Latest review:Conversions - General-Fantastic job done by Josh and the team, me and my husband had been on the fence about getting our garage converted into a gaming room and it’s something we had spoke about for years and I am over the moon we decided to go for it as they have done an impeccable job! There was no disturbance caused they had a key to our garage and would come everyday 9 - 4/5/6pm and would lock up when they left, there was no disruption at all in our lives, Josh was prompt and efficient with any queries we had and had communicated clearly the work we wanted and the price it would be before the work started! We had a few quotes and joshes was the most reasonable! I will definitely be using him again for any future work that needs doing! Usually when you are having work done you expect to hit a few snags along the way but this experience has been plain sailing from the start and was actually finished well before the estimated completion date. Thank you guys for carrying out such a immaculate job!
