An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They went above & beyond to ensure everything was as I wanted. Excellent communication throughout & completed very timely - also the most cost effective of the three quotes I got! They left everything immaculate, even jet washing my drive afterwards. The decorator I have in now has even commented on the standard of the workmanship. Thank you to all involved.

Latest review:Conversions - General-Fantastic job done by Josh and the team, me and my husband had been on the fence about getting our garage converted into a gaming room and it’s something we had spoke about for years and I am over the moon we decided to go for it as they have done an impeccable job! There was no disturbance caused they had a key to our garage and would come everyday 9 - 4/5/6pm and would lock up when they left, there was no disruption at all in our lives, Josh was prompt and efficient with any queries we had and had communicated clearly the work we wanted and the price it would be before the work started! We had a few quotes and joshes was the most reasonable! I will definitely be using him again for any future work that needs doing! Usually when you are having work done you expect to hit a few snags along the way but this experience has been plain sailing from the start and was actually finished well before the estimated completion date. Thank you guys for carrying out such a immaculate job!

Came with me to recommend materials and go through everything so i was comfortable. Very knowledgable about anything i asked. Martin and his team did a fantastic job on converting my garage, from start to finish. I chose MJ Developments due to Martin’s professionalism and realistic pricing. He worked with me every step of the way and despite having several other projects on the go, I must commend him on his efficiency and time management skills to start and complete the project to my own requested time scale. Extremely pleased with the finished space; it’s exactly what I wanted and finished to a very high standard. I highly recommend Martin and his team to carry out any joinery and building work you require - you’re in safe hands :) We’re currently planning our next project and already have MJ Developments earmarked for the project. Communication from the start was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, Will listened to our requirements and helped us make decisions along the way. The whole team are just great, polite , respectful of the our home, our neighbours, easy to talk to and just overall nice people. The work it’s self is brilliant, the finished result is that of high standard, looks fantastic and is a great addition to our home.
