I was very happy at the beginning. In just a week Karl came to measure the window, order it and fit it. But, after his brother (that fitted the window) took the money, they disappear completely. After the job was done, his brother left the old window in my front garden and he said that somebody will come to pick it up. This was thursday 9/12; now i'm writing on 14/12 and nobody has come to pick it and also i've been blocked by Karl on whattsup. R I D I C U L O U S I've called them and left many messages, no answer at all. I'd like also to put here some pictures of how they did the job on the outside: dreadful...all the wall around the window has been left smashed and i can see the expanding foam used for the job U N B E L I E V A B L E AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
