Latest review:Tiling-Didn’t fully grout the tiles. Also when asked about fitting a bathroom, Dean agreed, waited a week to only be told on day of fitting that it was too much to take on. Left without a bathroom.

Rating: 4.9 out of 5 4.9560 reviewsI’m Not very happy with the outcome from lance or his attitude towards the result, I supplied the porcelain tiles the new bags of a good brand adhesive and everything he told me to get, I’m not happy with the finish we was told not to walk on the tiles and we didn’t so couldn’t examine them the same day they wasn’t set, I’ve left him several messages explaining the problem that the tiles was hollow and they didn’t bond I was hoping lance would of returned to fix the problems, he messaged back with a reply and said because I supplied the adhesive myself it’s not his problem and said it was a uneven floor ? to me this is a poor attitude your new tiles shouldn’t be UNEVEN CHIPPED OR HOLLOW UNDERNEATH 19 tiles are hollow when you tap them 9 of the tiles have come up without any effort the adhesive didn’t bond I don’t think he mixed the adhesive properly for this to happen, a lot of the tiles are very uneven and a lot of them chipped from him using a disc cutter, a lot of them also have been cut to short with big gaps, the spacing between the tiles are also out with some gaps close together and some to far apart with big spaces between them, you can’t blame this on a uneven floor I wish I could upload the photos I’ve taken to show the outcome Lance didn’t even use a “spirt level” you would also consider a professional tiler to have among him most essential tools in a tilers toolbox as it’s an important tool to use to ensure a properly finished job is done lance didn’t use one.
