Not only is the craftsmanship incredible, but the pride they took in their work really allowed us to trust them with the facade of our house. All suggestions and costs reasonable. Everything finished with great speed and on time. Their communication with us and the other builders on site helped ensure coordination of the job was smooth. We’re looking forward to having James and his team, including Adrian, to return and finish stage 2 of our facade including reinstating a brick boundary wall and gate and restoration of our front staircase. They responded quickly, came to look at the problem window sill the same day and then came to do the job within a week. Latest review:Stonemasonry-Adam and Andreas went above and beyond to rescue our crumbling stone window cills and did an amazing job in just 3 days. It is difficult to come by such expertise. They worked their socks off in the scorching sun, and restored 6 stone window cills (including 3 large bay windows) and associated stone work. They sanded down all the stone work, recast edges and sections of missing cills and helped us seal the gaps between the cills and windows. They are super friendly and hard working, and obviously very experienced in their field of work. I can't recommend Adam enough.
After having a very bad experience with 2 previous builders - mybuilder.com was recommended for me to find a skilled tradesman to build a 2 storey bay window to mirror the left hand side of our house - i chose George Maniata from E&G Restoration because he understood the brief straightaway- the professionalism and skilled workmanship surpassed my expectations and George listened at every stage of the process - the project is amazing and George puts a smile on my face when I walk through my gate - we have been so impressed we commissioned George to complete the whole renovation of the house. This is a seriously skilled and talented man - he brings the best team with him and treats clients with respect, a builder that is honest trustworthy and will restore your faith back in builders again.
