Right from the start he was honest, getting straight to the point and very knowledgeable about roofing. Kept in contact about the job details. Jamie turned up on the day and completed the work needed. He also went above and beyond what was required and his work comes with a 10 year guarantee. Payment was easy and didn't pressure for it to be paid straight away. His after care is also second to none, giving an option to contact him if any further issues arise and he will put it right immediately. Great guy and a professional company!!! This firm top-coated a flat roof, for me. They told me it would last 12 years, but it started to peel after just nine days! After five months of excuses, I asked for a refund. They have "ghosted" me, ever since. I've had another roofer look at the job and he said that all of the lead-flasing that they did will also have to be re-done.
