They did help us to recognise that we needed more work done on the north facing side of the roof, which cost us a lot more than we first envisaged. They did, however, show us the extent of the damaged clay tiles, and explained the risks of inaction. We are grateful to them for saving us money in the long run. The teams work ethic was fantastic... they just got on with it quietly and effectively. The nearest neighbours said that they didn't hear a thing, and it was pretty quiet inside the house. They delivered in a timely manner. Every interaction with the guys was polite and very pleasant. Thank you, we would recommend you to others in the area!

Billy arrived on time to inspect my leaking roof, which he promptly remedied and returned the next day to replace a cracked tile. He also identified a further problem that I was aware of but hadn’t got round to sorting and was able to give me a quote within a few days and has been booked to do the work.

Mark is unbelievable, the best builder that I have ever known. He was fast to check the job and give a very good quote. He completed the job in excellent standard without my presence. A week later, when there was a water leaking from the flat roof, he came twice to fix it. The leaking was not caused by his repair work of the flat roof but a damaged seals of the sky window. Mark refused to charge for the extra work and his two trips to fix the problem. I am speechless. Mark is such a kind person and skilful builder. I cannot recommend him enough. I wish him all the best!
