Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-I had an out door room in my garden put up by some cow boys which I was left with needing a multitude of problems fixing. Our budget was quite tight but Pano provided us with quotes for each stage of the job detailing what was included in each stage this was really helpful. Pano was great at discussing and suggesting best ways to find solutions understanding our budget we never felt pressured to spend more. We trusted his guidance in the best way to complete the work. Pano always turned up when he said he would and at the end of each day left areas clean and tidy. Now the job has been completed we have the out door room we wanted and are really happy with . I would absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a builder and would contact him again for further work . Thanks again 😊

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-The team from Demarc did an excellent job on our bedroom which had water damage from a leak above. The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.

I am honest, punctual and very hard working. I typically work on my own and have a gas man and electricians for any works needing certification. Knowing that your kitchen is the heart of the home I belive in 1 man 1 job so I can give 100% to the job I am doing!

They were always available for calls and provided spot-on suggestions throughout the process. They completed the work on time and even recommended the best contacts for materials, which was a huge help. I must highlight the exceptional work done by their electrician and bathroom renovation teams—they were truly awesome. Gerti and his team provided a great service and high quality finish, working late and on weekend to get the job done. Pricing was fair and milestone payments throughout the job. Gerti was really helpful, providing advice and answering questions throughout the job. The job was a knock down of a wall, strip out and full install of a new bathroom. I would not hestitate in recommending Gert and will definitely be using GA Builds again for future works. Also happy to provide a written reference or share picture of the finished job with anyone who is considering appointing GA. Really happy and satisfied customer!

We treat all properties like our own and leave these as we would expect our own homes to be left having had works done. All my pictures are of live jobs and not of a perfect property from a brochure.

Excellent workmanship across the board alongside being a very friendly and helpful team who are always punctual and fully committed. Ihor and his team have helped build our very large gymnasium (12,000SqFt) and completed all building works for this project. X2 (Male and Female) large brand new changing rooms, showers, vanity areas, saunas and toilets (full build and decoration; full tiling, partitions, suspended ceiling, decorating), X1 large studio; new windows and fire exit door installation, X1 spin studio (structural changes; new steel and floor inserted), X1 office and a large gym hall space (plastering, decorating) comprising of a custom reception area. I’m addition to the feedback I’ve already given, I can honestly say that Ihor and his team (Vlad, Vasili, Ross, Nikola and Michael, plus many more) are extremely hard working, honest in their opinions surrounding any of the works needed (materials, costs, etc) and have been a pleasure to work with.
