- Michael conyersBuilding Restoration & Refurbishment Company in Wells Next The Sea
Rating: 5 out of 5 552 reviewsHighly skilled and experienced carpenter/joiner. Ranging from roofing to built in wardrobes. Lots of experience on high end and bespoke projects around north Norfolk, including barn conversions and heritage buildings. Throughout the time on the high end and bespoke projects I have developed a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
Latest review:Windows & Doors (Wooden)-Michael opted to do the best he can as the whole area needed a new panel but he showed his expertise and did the job as he could not leave us exposed to coldness due to draft coming through. A man with a good heart. Thank you Michael- A job well done.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-A very well deserved 10/10 for Stefan and his team. This is how all home renovations should be done. Every day they turned up bang on time, worked their socks off and cleaned up afterwards. They even cheered me up when I was having a rotten week of dental work. I can't believe how efficient they were. I only wish I'd know Stefan years ago when I first started work on my wonky old house. He would have had it finished quickly and to impeccable standards. I'll be asking them back to do more work on my house as they were absolutely great - friendly, helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Special mention for Ben; thank you for the fabulous tiling which all matched up perfectly every leaf, twig and branch! Thank you so much :-)
- Richard C L PillingerBuilding Restoration & Refurbishment Company in Wells Next The Sea
Rating: 5 out of 5 554 reviewsRichard C L Pillinger is a building and conservation business built on an association of tradesmen covering the full spectrum of building trades that allows the service to cover every building need of our customers, aimed primarily at Edwardian or earlier buildings with special conservation needs.
Latest review:I would highly recommend Richard C L Pillinger. He has a great respect and understanding for older properties and uses lime in the traditional method to allow floors and walls to breathe. Richard and his partner Iain carried out damp-proofing to two ground floor rooms (my cottage had original pamments on top of earth) and other building work to the rest of the house. The outside walls, constructed of carr-stone and flint were painstakingly re-pointed in places, with lime to replace the old cement. The finish on the internal floors is excellent. Some of the pamments were cleaned and re-used in one room. A wooden floor laid in the other. Richard is a conservator and this shows in his work, sourcing the lime from the local quarry and having an eye for detail. At all times, I was kept informed of progress. Each procedure was clearly explained to me. Richard is polite, friendly and reliable, a true gentleman. He is a great organiser and kept the whole project moving. I am extremely pleased with the end result.
