Roof leaking for 4th time

Hi, I had a conservatory built in March and since completion in May I have had roof issues, it has leaked at 2 ends and now in the middle through the light fitting. They have come out (within 4 weeks of complaint) 3 times, and this time the communication has stopped. They say they will deal with it however had not said when or how. Last time the workman was here he said he had no idea why it was leaking and this silicone glue is clearly now working. The water is orange also so its leaked onto a brand new chair and ruined it. I have had no compensation or offer of. I also have to keep taking time off wotk to meet with workman to fix the issue. This is very concerning to me as I think its an installation issue. What can I do please? Best

Hi there, Who fitted the conservatory ? Were they from the wild wild west ? Orange water sounds like RUST regards John

Hi . It would be a good idea to get it soughted before it rains a lot over winter. You did not say if its a plastic one or timber. Over all you get more problems with timber roofs. Its probably down to the original fitting. It does sound like rust in the water but could be brick dust mixing with rain water within the roof bar drainage channels. You should only have ali in the roof so no rust. You need someone who does not work for the company to take a look and do a report. Send this report to the company-signed for. You will have to pay a fee to whoever does the report. End of the day the window company will be a member of some Federation. You can complain to them and they can send out someone to survey the job.Tell the company you will get a structual surveyor if they do not sought it for good
