Kitchen Fitting

Adding an extra kitchen cupboard and worktop space

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 2.53 PM

We're hoping to match some cupboards and worktop in our kitchen. If it helps the kitchen was installed fairly recently, 5/6 years ago. The doors are laminate, I think the finish might be described as light oak, or maybe beech, and they're flat fronted with square chrome handles. I've been hunting around and am not really sure where to begin in terms of matching them. Unfortunately I don't know where the originals came from. They don't really need to be a perfect match, as they won't actually be flush with the existing cupboards and worktop, rather on the opposite side of the kitchen (where we currently have a blank wall) - but it would be nice if at a glance they looked the same. Can anyone recommend a company in the Oxford/Chipping Norton/Banbury area that might be able to help? Or any other suggestions? Many thanks! Update: Thanks for the suggestions, after much searching I found a company nearby that happened to sell matching cupboards and fittings.

Hi I may be a bit late replying to this but just in case you are still looking I will see if I can match the doors and handles for you. We have accounts with a number of door and handle suppliers and wholesalers. regards Richard *unfortunately Mybuilder edited out my request for you to send a pic to me via my website so the answer above is no help. I have asked them to remove this pointless answer...
