Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Vidas and his team did a fantastic job with our property refurb project and I can't recommend him highly enough. He completely stripped out property back to brick and rebuilt if from the ground up. We had some quite particular requirements requiring the removal and creation of new partition walls and Vidas was able to accommodate and direct us in how we could address each requirement. We are very happy with the finish and have had many compliments from other tradesmen on the quality of the work. We did have some minor snagging after the project was complete but Vidas was very accommodating in coming back to rectify these issues. I would highly recommend Vidas and look forward to using him again in any future projects.

First of all - the job ended up being a lot larger than initially thought- as decided to replace old ceilings and flooring, walls -everything was uneven to start with. So took everything back to 'bare bones' and pretty much built it up again as a new house. New electrics, water pipes, completely new kitchen and bathroom. I really appreciate they were very straightforward with the estimated costs from the beginning - it did run slightly over budget but nothing too bad as had some contingency funds prepared. I would have hated to be quoted one price then half way through the project to discover it escalates out of control. Thankfully they are really honest and reliable. They were always easy to reach and replied any question I might have had in a timely manner. This was particularly important to me as I was between uk and us at the time so couln't be 'looking over their shoulder' so to speak. Last but not least the finish and quality of works is absolutely amazing! They couldn't have paid more attention to every little detail if it was their own home. For instance I remember last day of work when they were tidying up Gustav came back to put up door stoppers for me, completely on his own initiative. It's just a little touch but goes to show the dedication they've put into the project and care about the finished product.
