I honestly couldn't be luckier to have worked with Alin and his team for this massive project. They worked carefully and efficiently and the result is really amazing and well finished. But if there is one thing I would highlight is how well I could communicate with Alin throughout the project. He is really open and honest, considerate with me and my neighbours, he knows A LOT and he explains things and why something may or may not be possible or easy (which was very important for me because I had a very clear picture of what I wanted). He worked with me to find the best solutions to the various challenges and decisions that naturally arise in this kind of projects and was very attentive all the time, not forgetting anything, contacting me for updates or questions rather than makig assumptions and being accountable when something went wrong, also repairing without question the one or two small things that got accidentally damaged. Honestly, couldn't recommend more!
They were polite and friendly. The stated the price and did the job in one day, as promised. They were really good. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best builders I’ve ever had!

I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional work done by Cool Dudes Construction on my loft and bungalow conversion project. Despite an initial estimate of 12 wks, it was completed to a high standard within 15 wks, with only a minimal 3-wk delay due to 3rd parties (window suppliers) and the holiday season. A complex project. Full rebuild of bungalow, which included hip to gable conversion, rear loft dormer, stair, ground floor extension and full ground floor rennovations (1st & 2nd fix). Mandeep and Balwinder tackled a complex design that involved the integration of steel beams and pillars. They coordinated with various suppliers and also helped me to order skylights, windows, and doors, ensuring timely delivery and installation to keep the project on track. Team always showed professionalism, ensuring that they were always punctual, tidy, and respectful. Commitment to completing the project on time was evident, they maintained open communication throughout. One +ve aspect was their willingness to work with a private building control company that i hired, which ensured compliance with regulations. Another +ve aspect of working with them was clear payment milestones in the agreement. Payment was made on completion of milestones, which provided transparency and reassurance throughout the project. Latest review:Loft Conversion-Aviraj construction was hired by us to do a loft conversion (to include bedroom & bathroom) and also to refurbish the rest of house plastering, kitchen installation, bathroom installation, electrics, central heating/boiler and plumbing. Firstly I was impressed by how punctual they were and turned up at the agreed time at the first meeting to price the project. This was unlike other builders who either “forgot” or turned up late. The work was completed to a good standard and at no stage did Aviraj construction try and charge more than what was contractually agreed. Furthermore they were happy to fix any issues identified during the project. They were hard working, reliable and got on with the work without requiring supervision. I’ll definitely use them again on our next project! Thanks Guys appreciate all your hard work in getting the project completed.
Really lucky to find Rahman as our choice of builder. Communication and quality of work was second to none all done for a fair price. Any issues or delays he was expecting he communicate to me as soon as he knew. His team were great, all professionals and cleaned up after each day of work was complete. Highly recommended and look forward to working with him again on my future projects.
Glad we didn't hire him. After agreeing on a price for loft conversion and back extension, Mr Rattan kept increasing the price by referring to minor things. Like charging extra for plate that goes on steel. First day when he turned up, he demanded that owner should provide tea and snack for his labour every day. Also he was not ready to include the agreed price on the contract (as he was sub contracting the job to someone else). Glad we cancelled him and hired another builder in his place. I have evidence of all communication I had with him, incase anyone wants it. I would avoid him at all cost.
If you want to be Dragged, Lied and let down and want to hear list of silly excuses like my car not working,staff drunk and wont wake up,going to wedding, phone not working etc etc.The WOREST possible builder you can think off. They come rip your house apart and let you beg them to complete. A complete nightmare. They give you 2 months but won't finish in months. If he put new shower it has no pressure. But taps work fine. If he puts new doors it doesn't close If he put laminate it's not locked properly If he puts windows he breaks the glass If he put toilet he cracks it and then LIES to your face that it was broken before. If he put shower enclosure he can't seal it properly Absolute nightmare. I had given him a job for dormer and extension and its messed up nothing is complete. He even lies about building control that they said all is good until you receive email from them with all the objection they raised. So please be CAUTIOUS with your house and the money you pay this guy. If LIES had a degree he would have PHD in it.
