From the quoting stage, through to the build and completion, they were always very responsive, keeping us well informed on the progress of the build. They arrived by 8.30 each day, working a full day every time and took the time at the end of the day to clear up after themselves to minimise disruption. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Build Smart for an overall great service and quality of build.
Simon has done a brilliant job redoing my decking. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. When he came round to quote he brought lots of samples of various types of decking board, which was a fantastic way to help me visualise how the area could look. He had some great ideas and seemed to genuinely care about doing the job well. I opted for a composite decking board and it looks fantastic! I couldn't be happier. The area has been completely transformed. Simon is a perfectionist and had a solution for all the little 'surprises' that popped up during the job. The work was completed in really good time and the area was left spotless upon completion. I definitely recommend Smith Property and hope to use them again in future.
