Latest review:Insulation-Underfloor insulation to suspended floor in Victorian property. Both James and Harry were articulate, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and very hardworking. They explained the underfloor foam insulation process and answered all my questions prior to starting the work as well as certification of the product and guarantee details. They started early at an agreed time and began to strategically lift floor boards to allow access underneath the floor. The insulation was then applied allowing plenty of ventilation and leaving all ventilation points intact. The small sections of floor that were lifted were then renailed and re-enforced where required. The end result was a suspended wooden floor that was well fully insulated and with no damage or cracks. In addition both rooms and hall were left completely clean and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns before they left. I am very pleased with the work and communication, customer care and availability to answer queries was first class throughout the entire process. To conclude the stress-free positive experience coupled with the quality of work undertaken and factors expressed above result in a company that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Latest review:Insulation-Job was to remove old insulation, clean up between joists and then install Celotex 60mm PIR boards that I provided. When the job was quoted for I said to them on the phone, that doesn't sound right based on how long it took me to do 1/3 of the loft but they assured me it would be done correctly and in one day. Job started ok, old insulation was removed but between joists wasn't cleaned up before the installation of the PIR boards started. I checked when the job was "completed" and with a quick glance they all looked ok. When I finished work and was able to thoroughly check the installation of the PIR boards, 99% of them had been cut incorrectly, with the sides of the boards cut at a 45degree angle along the entire length. Most of them were also poorly fitted and not tight between the joists. At this point £195 deposit has been paid, 1/3 of the overall quoted price, and 6 PIR boards have been rendered useless (£200). 2nd May - Job was "completed" 3rd May - I raised the issues with the installation and provided pictures 5th May - Post-install Survey was done and obvious issues with installation identified It's now 21st June, so a month of emails back and forth about getting a Joiner out, for what reason I don't know. Last contact was on the 19th June when I was told I would get a call back tomorrow (20th) which never happened. I've asked for a refund of the deposit and either replacement or reimbursement for the ruined PIR boards, also ignored.

From initial quote to job completion I can’t fault anything. Arrived on time, polite and no ‘hard sell’ just good knowledgeable advice. They worked incredibly hard (non stop) on a very hot day to get the work completed. Hoovered up afterwards and all debris removed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
