Let down week after week , the other week he couldn’t make it due to a business trip Abroard , each time booked in a new excuse and cancellation made , he knows how important it was as the family needed the boiler replacing due to a bad experience with a previous plumber , very bad experience from my side and let down hugely .think in total there was 7 seperate excuses and cancellations spread over the course of 3 months

Barry came on time, suggested practical solution, he clearly knew what he was doing but still double checked with his colleague Lee. The price which Barry quoted was very reasonable so I didn’t have to negotiate once. Even after he completed the job professionally he checked with me few times if everything was ok and was prepared to visit again if I needed him to. Wonderful guy. Thank you Barry and Lee.
