We contacted Newflo to provide a quote to finish some works that hadn't been completed by our previous plumber – mostly the hot water return, boiler commissioning and towel rail valve controls. From quotation to completion, George was exceptionally prompt and polite. On visiting our home, he went through the intricates of the job and noticed issues that other plumbers didn't spot. Whilst George hadn’t used Shellys to control pumps & valves before, he took up the challenge without quibble. When it was discovered that the already onsite return pump was actually faulty, George explained how the issue was diagnosed and didn't hard sell. The work was completed on time and with minimal mess; he even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was working as expected. George offers excellent value for money, and we’ll definitely be using Newflo again.

Neil recently completed a job for me, replacing radiators, taps and a pump. After having hired a lot of plumbing engineers over the years, Neil has been the best. Neil is professional, polite and hard working. He worked efficiently and neatly throughout the job and kept me updated. As the heating was off during a cold spell he put in a lot of effort to ensure he could get the system running as soon as possible. Neil is also honest - he will not fabricate work in order to increase his work. In fact, on this job he came up with an extremely practical solution for one of the tasks which saved me significantly on time costs. I cannot rate Neil highly enough. I will be using him in the future for certain.

What a great team! We hired Adam to replace old single pipe system in a 5bed house - all new pipes, radiators and top of the range Vaillant boiler. Big job, but they did it in 4 days - all working perfectly, house is warm and we can now also control the heat with Nest. Price very competitive too! We are very happy customers and will have the team back to install a family bathroom in the near future and definitely will recommend them to anyone.
