I can't speak highly enough of the service that was provided by Ben from Serenity Plumbing. I was always a little wary of booking a trade online but have had a really great experience with Serenity. Ben was professional, knowledgable and friendly from the first point of contact we had. He was punctual from our first meeting, to discuss the project, and was realistic with timelines and didn't over promise anything so managing expectations really well. I was hoping that such a good start would continue throughout the project, which it absolutely did. Ben's standard of work is second to none and you can see he takes pride in what he does which is an absolute pleasure to see! Boiler installation went well but unfortunately have been let down badly for 1st fix radiators despite being promised a number of times that he would attend and also provide his team for bathroom installation. Doesn’t answer his phone or reply to text messages and also emails. If you cant or dont want to complete a job just say so certainly not professional to ignore all contact. Ive now got 2 days to find a replacement engineer to do first fix as my plasterer starts on monday. This is the worst experience I’ve had from any tradesman employed from my builder and I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

JW Heat Tech quickly diagnosed multiple minor leaks inside the boiler, isolating the faulty auto air vent. They explained the likely sludge issue in the secondary plate heat exchanger (no system filter) and a passing diverter valve, which they re‑greased to keep things running. Their advice was clear: given the boiler’s age, further costly repairs aren’t worthwhile replacement would be more cost‑effective if it fails again. Heating was restored, though hot water resolved Professional, honest, and straightforward service.
