Latest review:Landscaping-I would definitely not recommend Klass Fencing. I would even go as far to say they are a bunch of cowboys. I was let down for 5 days in a row, after Tim agreed to turn up each day but never arrived. He then sent two strangers to do half a job that wasn't even agreed. I've paid them £350 and have never had that money returned to me. I'm in the process of opening a small claims as they are now not replying to my emails or messages. AVOID at all costs!! Just to add to this person's response. Why would I need to leave an untrue review? What exactly would I get from it? No effort has been made to rectify anything and I have STILL no refund. I was never told another company was coming. I had not set any timescales. I was never told they couldn't deliver for 5 days No refund of any money at all not even for small materials. The screenshot is an out and out lie. THIS WAS NEVER SENT TO ME and is slanderous so they should be very careful. I have paid £350 and this has never been refunded!

As I do not sub contract trades in, I am always on site in person to make sure all work is completed to the highest standards. I undertake all aspects of building work from small internal finishing work, plastering, boarding to extensions patios and larger landscaping projects.
Latest review:Landscaping-Alex built a large new decked area over two levels, with decked steps between. He also constructed a beautiful pergola, new fencing and an oak sleeper wall, incorporating flower beds. Alex is a perfectionist with great attention to detail. Add these attributes to skill and know-how and you end up with the very highest quality result. This wasn't a simple task. The garden is on a big slope. Alex calculated all the relevant levels with great precision, using a laser. I found Alex to be honest and reliable. He always turned up when he said he would, despite difficult circumstances and pretty awful weather. He was able to adapt to unforeseen events and changing requirements with a positive can-do attitude, coming up with solutions to problems when required. He also contributed several useful design suggestions. He kept me fully informed at all times. Needless to say, I'm delighted with Alex's work and would thoroughly recommend him.
